Our production time is normally 10-14 business days after order is placed. Although if there is special request or communication is slow during the proof process it may delay your order. Once your custom embroidered hast are completed they ship out UPS or USPS and tracking sent to you.

Shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping delays, machine errors, sew out not perfect, backorders, etc. We are only human and do make mistakes although we try our very best not to.

We send out a digital sewout sample of all new orders for you to approve before we head into production. If approved then it heads into production, if it needs changes we make the requested changes and send again. Were not happy till your happy!

The larger the file the better. Vector is absolute best for us to digitize your custom logo. Or a nice clean png would work just fine. If you have other files please email them to us at sales@lidsonly.absolutescreenprinting.com along with your order number soon as you place it.
