At Lids Only we realize getting exactly what you ordered is crucial and most important. We are and have been committed to embroidering the absolute best in the industry at an incredible price. Our fantastic staff loves what they do and look over every order that comes in, spelling, design placement, colors, etc. If something is not right, we try and correct it before it goes to production.
All in all, were all human and we all make mistakes. If your embroidered order does not match what you sent and approved, we will make it right. Notify us within 15 days or receiving your order and we’ll handle the rest by either refunding and you keeping the hats or we will re-do the entire order. All unsatisfied customers must email samples of what they do not like with the custom embroidered hats and our staff will look over it to approve. Once the returned items show they are in transit we will re-print your items after emailing you a sewout sample.
